13.9. F.B.I. Disguise (2011)
Years Used: 2006-2010
These were standard issue to all members of Torchwood Three, with two different designs being used. The props are just off-the-shelf earpieces that were modified to look more sci-fi.
13.1.1. Jabra BT250v:
Years Used: 2006
13.1.1. Jabra BT250v:
Years Used: 2006
This earpiece was only worn by Jack in the opening two episodes of Torchwood, it was modified from a Jabra BT250v. Unlike the other earpiece, this one simply had an extra piece with the Torchwood logo added near the microphone. I suspect that this prop was made first before deciding that the Plantronics was better.

13.1.2. Plantronics M220:
Years Used: 2006-2010
This was used in nearly all episodes of the Cardiff era. The Plantronics' ear loop was retained but the rest of the earpiece was completely altered with a modern silver tubular design. Little Shop Props did make their own replica of this prop but at the time of writing it is no longer listed on their website, so maybe write to them if you're interested in them doing another run.

13.2. Ascots:
Years Used: 2005, 2008*
During the Second World War, R.A.F. pilots would sometimes wear ascots during missions. The silk neckwear would both keep them warm and act as a soft barrier between the neck and jacket’s woolly collar when they craned their necks to scan the sky for Jerry. This made the addition of one for Barrowman’s WWII outfit ideal, as not only was it in keeping with the look of the time, it prevented the uniform’s collar from touching the back of his neck and provoking his wool allergy.
It’s possible that one or both of these were actually silk scarves rather than ascots, a scarf being slightly longer and not tapering in the middle. They were both worn as ascots however.
13.2.1. Unknown burgundy geometric:

13.2.1. Unknown burgundy geometric:
Years Used: 2005
The original ascot worn for the character’s introduction was a burgundy colour with a white pattern repeat. It is often mistaken for polka dots, but in reality it is probably a micro paisley or some other geometric shape. Given that the episode was shot in standard definition it is difficult to discern.

If you zoom in on this image the ascot's pattern is somewhat distinguishable.
13.2.2. Unknown burgundy polka dot:
Years Used: 2008*
For the 2008 Torchwood TCG photoshoot, a very similar ascot was worn, this time it did in fact have a polka dot design.
During his blitz appearance, Capitan Jack wears a standard No1 dress cap. Replicas of the WWII era cap with the King’s Crown emblem are available from reenactment sights.

This scene might be the only occasion where the full outfit is worn.
Interestingly, if he had worn a cap for his 2008 TCG photoshoot it would’ve been a bit different. Those of rank Group Captain and above wore a version with a patent leather peaks (rather than cloth) and were adorned with gold braid.
13.4. Unknown socks:
Years Used: 2005-2021
From why I can tell, every time Jack’s socks are visible they appear to be plain cotton ones in a colour darker than the trousers, probably black but they could be charcoal or navy. Due to the full break of the trousers and height of the boots, the socks are rarely seen.
13.5. Sunglasses:
Years Used: 2006
13.5. Sunglasses:
Years Used: 2006
Although not usually part of his outfit, Jack did wear sunglasses on a couple of occasions during the first season.
13.5.1. Unknown wrap around:
Years Used: 2006
13.5.1. Unknown wrap around:
Years Used: 2006
This first pair of sunglasses was only very briefly seen for a few seconds at the beginning of Cyberwoman. It is hard to discern much about it them, but they appear to be a wrap around (or at least semi wrap around) style with rounded rectangular shaped lenses in a dark colour, likely grey or green.
During the beginning of They Keep Killing Suzie, Captain Jack dons a pair of rounded aviator sunglasses. They have pink-purple gradient lenses, a rimless design, and silver coloured hardware.

13.6. Range Safety Equipment:
Years Used: 2006
Years Used: 2006
On the shooting range in Ghost Machine some pretty standard safety equipment is used by both Jack and Gwen.
13.6.1. Teng Tools SG960Y:
Years Used: 2006
The glasses are simple wrap around safety glasses with yellow lenses. From a little searching online they look like the Teng Tools SG960Y model with the brand writing removed.
The ear protection are dark blue in colour and feature the modern style Torchwood logo on the sides. Based on the earpiece these seem to be an aviation headset rather than standard ear protectors.
13.7. Land Rover Range Rover Vogue V8 Auto [L322 - 2002]:

Years Used: 2006-2009
The ultra secret Torchwood organisation used a black four-by-four with their logo written all over it. The licence plate used in the show (CF06 FDU) indicates it was registered in Cardiff between March and September 2006. In-universe, this is just a façade and doesn’t actually correspond to anything in the DVLA database, though in reality it currently seems to be in use on a diesel Ford. The black and white number plate is indicative of a military vehicle, or a civilian one made prior to 1973.

The L322 was the third generation of Range Rover and was produced between 2002 and 2012. Compared to the factory spec, the Torchwood vehicle had a variety of alterations done to it, giving it a more distinctive sci-fi look. The modifications were performed by Specialist Models, a Cardiff based model and prop maker
A similar L322 Range Rover from 2002, the Torchwood vehicle would've looked more or less like this before the modifications.
The vehicle was canonically stolen by the teenagers on the estate back during Children of Earth. The vehicle itself was sold by Bonhams back in 2010, fetching £18,000 including buyer's premium. According to the vehicle’s actual registration number (LP02 A0A) the MOT expired in 2013 when it was registered as SORN.

13.8. Unknown desk & chair:
Years Used: 2006-2009
Throughout the classic Torchwood era, Captain Jack used a large amber coloured wooden art deco kidney desk. Art deco was a popular style during the interwar era, so I presume this desk is from that period.

The rear of the desk as seen in the show.
The chair is a fairly standard looking 20th century swivel office chair, with a wooden frame of the same shade as the desk, black leather upholstery, and metal feet. I suspect it is somewhat more recent in origin than the desk.
I'm not totally sure the origin of this image, I assume it's a behind the scenes shot.
The desk and chair was ultimately listed in the 2026 PropStore auction and sold with a hammer price of £1764. Based on the listing photos the desk had been bashed about a bit since its use on the show, as well as seemingly missing two drawers.
13.9. F.B.I. Disguise:
Years Used: 2011
Although I have avoided discussion of Jack's non R.A.F. inspired looks, I feel compelled to include this one as the main part of it (the coat) is something that is identified and obtainable. The rest of the outfit is mostly covered up by it so I've done my best to give a breakdown of it but the reference material is rather limited.
When attending the post-mortem (if you can really call it that) in The New World, Captain Jack wore an entirely new outfit (save for his usual wrist accessories) in order to pass as an F.B.I. agent. This outfit only appears in two scenes, the first being the meeting at the morgue, the second being when Jack returns to his rather spartan safehouse.
Initially I thought he just wore a trench coat and a tie over his usual Miracle Day items, but these shots show that apart from the wrist accessories the outfit is entirely new.
Coat: Burberry black trench coat, probably the long-length Kensington model or something very similar.
Suit: two piece pinstripe suit made of dark grey worsted wool, no turn-ups on the trousers.
Shirt: cornflower blue cotton shirt with a modern semi-spread collar, appears to have no button placket or pockets.
Tie: diagonally striped made up of various shades of grey and gold.
Vest: white cotton sleeveless vest with ribbed texture.
Footwear: lace up ankle boots, they appear to be brown leather.
Belt: leather, I would assume brown to match the boots.
Accessories: Rolex Daytona and "Evil" Ted Smith vortex manipulator.
